Earl was awesome, he crawled under our house to get to the clean out for the sewer drain. When he open it gallons of sewer poured out,he had no complaints about it. He jetted the pipes to get any extra out. Then he open our septic to be sure it was working properly. Awesome job. Thank you earl
Chris was very pleasant to work with. He told us exactly how it was without beating around the bush. He took his time explaining the issue and gave us suggestions for future insurance coverage in case something else happens with our old pipe. Would definitely recommend

Adam showed up wearing a mask and quickly diagnosed the problem. The previous plumber from a different company installed the sink drain gaskets incorrectly and caused the eventual leak. The cost for services was quoted up front and the repairs were made in a timely manner. I would use Mr. Rooter again.
The young man Cody was very polite and efficient. He knew his job and went to work right away. When he was finished he explained what he did and where he marked the sewer. Before he left he also explained the receipt to me. I would recommend this company.

Easy to set up same day service. Our pipes had frozen before and the company that did the pipes had come previously and said there's nothing they can do at the time but that they will gladly take payment for coming over and to call them again next time they freeze. Luckily we did not call the original company again and called Mr. Rooter instead. Brandon came promptly, told us that we have PEX pipe which cannot be heated to thaw but at least will not burst. He pointed out issues with our insulation. There was nothing he could do at the time but we had issues with sewer gas in the basement as well so he diagnosed the issue for us and offered to return to fix it. He did not take any payment from us that day and came back in a couple days to re-do our pipes. He was fast and clean and did a nice job. Would definitely use Mr. Rooter again!
Truly pleased with the professionalism and efficiency of this company. This is the second time I have called them out. this time it turned out our problem was much larger in scope than what we originally guessed, and required more equipment than anticipated, but staff were up front about pricing and extremely responsive and thorough. The problem was resolved within a couple hours after it was reported, and Brian was very respectful and pleasant. Highly recommend!
Great experience. The tech understood the issue and was able to identify it for unclog. Stand up shower drain that he was able to diagnose, fix, and provide recommendations for future optimization. Fully competent and on time. Thanks for the hard work! The family can shower again!
Our technician Mike was super pleasant and professional and got our sewer drain unclogged super quick. He explained the charges clearly and for coming out on a Sunday, we felt it was a very fair and reasonable price. highly recommend them!
